BEFORE：Thousand Eyes Bible －千眼の魔術書－　NEXT：Labyrinth of Nightmare －悪夢の迷宮－　2001年4月19日発売。　略号は「SM」。(Spell of Mask) 　第２期第５弾となるこのパックのパッケージイラストは闇遊戯と《魔力無力化の仮面》・《生贄封じの仮面》・《呪魂の仮面》・《凶暴化の仮面》・《仮面魔獣マスクド・ヘルレイザー》が務めている。　キャッチコピーは「真の力を解き放て。」原作において城之内・海馬・梶木・人形・闇の仮面＆光の仮面が使用したカードを収録。禁止・制限カードの経験を持つのは《アマゾネスの射手》・《生還の宝札》・《団結の力》・《魔導師の力》・《激流葬》の５枚。【キュアバーン】の《ビッグバンガール》、【侍ＢＯＸ】の《モンスターＢＯＸ》など、一癖あるデッキのキーカードたちが収録されている。モンスターカード群が女性モンスターで多く占められているのが特徴。ザ・ヴァリュアブル・ブック４にもこのことが書かれている。このパックから、原作出身カードがアルティメットレアとして再録されている。これはファラオの遺産まで続いた。カードナンバー00と同様、収録カード数にはカウントされていない。再録カードは《青眼の白龍》。ラッシュデュエルを題材としたアニメゴーラッシュ!!に、本商品の「仮面」カードのパロディであるRUSH:火麺が登場している。BEFORE: Thousand Eyes Bible NEXT: Labyrinth of Nightmare Released on April 19, 2001. Abbreviation: "SM". (Spell of Mask) The package illustration for this pack, the fifth in the second series, features Yami Yugi, "Mask of Magical Nullification", "Mask of Sacrifice Seal", "Mask of Cursed Soul", "Mask of Savageness", and "Masked Hellraiser". The catchphrase is "Unleash your true power." Includes cards used by Jonouchi, Kaiba, Kajiki, Ningyo, Mask of Darkness, and Mask of Light in the original work. Five cards have experience as banned or restricted cards: "Amazoness Archer", "Survival Card", "Power of Unity", "Power of the Magician", and "Rapid Tribute". It contains key cards from unique decks such as Big Bang Girl from Cure Burn and Monster BOX from Samurai BOX. A notable feature is that the monster cards are dominated by female monsters. This is also written in The Valuable Book 4. Starting with this pack, cards from the original work were reprinted as Ultimate Rares. This continued up to Pharaoh's Legacy. Like card number 00, it is not counted in the number of included cards. The reprinted card is Blue-Eyes White Dragon. RUSH: Himen, a parody of the "Mask" card from this product, appears in the anime Go Rush!!, which is based on Rush Duels.
