BEFORE:鋼鉄の襲撃者−METAL RAIDERS− 　2001年8月30日発売。 　略号は「BC」。（Booster Chronicle） 　同じ第２期の再販カードダス「Booster R1」「Booster R2」「Booster R3」から一部レアリティ変更して再録し、シークレットレア１種を加えた全81種。 　パッケージイラストは闇遊戯と時計周りに《天使の施し》・《アックス・レイダー》・《メタモルポット》・《エレキッズ》・《メカ・ハンター》・《ヂェミナイ・エルフ》、加えて最後尾を《魔力の棘》が務めている。 　キャッチコピーは「決闘デュエルの歴史が、ここに甦る。伝説のカードよ、復活せよ。」 《ヂェミナイ・エルフ》を筆頭に、Boosterに収録された中でも特に攻撃力の高い３体の下級通常モンスターがノーマルから一気にウルトラレアに格上げされている。 また《メタモルポット》・《天使の施し》・《王宮のお触れ》等の優秀な効果を持つカードがスーパーレアに格上げされている。 ウルトラレアの３枚のうち《ヂェミナイ・エルフ》のみがアルティメットレアで収録されている。 他の２体は格上げがスーパーレア止まりだった《メカ・ハンター》より攻撃力が低いため、妥当な選出ではあると言えるだろう。 書籍付属カードである、《絶対防御将軍》が再録されている。 ブースターの販売形式はカードダスのカード自販機であり、設置店が少ないこともあって、入手が難しい地域があった。 その問題点が解消されたパックでもある。BEFORE: Metal Raiders Released on August 30, 2001. The package illustration shows Yami Yugi, with "Angelic Alms", "Axe Raider", "Metamorpho Pot", "Elekids", "Mecha Hunter", "Gemini Elf" in a clockwise direction, and "Magical Thorn" at the back. The catchphrase is "The history of duels is revived here. Resurrect the legendary cards." Starting with "Gemini Elf", three low-level normal monsters with particularly high attack power included in Booster have been upgraded from normal to ultra rare in one go. Additionally, cards with excellent effects such as Metamorphoses Pot, Angel's Alms, and Royal Decree have been promoted to Super Rares. Of the three Ultra Rares, only Gemini Elf is included as an Ultimate Rare. The other two have lower attack power than Mecha Hunter, which only made it to Super Rare, so this is probably a reasonable selection. Absolute Defense General, a card included with the book, has been reprinted. Boosters are sold through Carddass card vending machines, and with only a few stores setting them up, they were difficult to obtain in some areas. This pack solves that problem.
